The kitchenette in the studio was handy and allowed us to easily prepare meals. We also enjoyed the nice views over the city to Docklands. The location was great, with a free tram right outside and it was convenient for exploring Melbourne and visiting the Queen Victoria markets for delicious food. The staff were also helpful in resolving any issues we had. I would highly recommend this self-catering option at the Mercure.

This place is in a busy city area, very close to Vic markets which was very convenient. I also liked the fact that they offer room service and laundry services with a flat-screen tv, electric kettle, and mini-bar. The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful.
I recommend this venue to others.

Good parking facilities at $10 per day, but no in and out privileges. Excellent location near shopping areas and Queen Victoria Market. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Helpful staff, with easy access to dining options. Nice view of city lights.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and the bustling Victoria Market. I loved being able to walk to the CBD shopping areas and enjoy the abundance of nearby restaurants. The room was clean and well-presented, with a lovely bathroom and a convenient kitchenette. I appreciated the option to cook simple meals or reheat food from the supermarket. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I had a peaceful night's sleep on the high floor. Plus, it was a nice touch to have a free morning paper provided.

I stayed at a hotel in Melbourne recently and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with a tram stop just a short walk away and Victoria Market and restaurants close by. I also loved that they provided a free morning paper, so I could catch up on the news while enjoying my breakfast. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, including a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. it was a convenient and enjoyable experience.
